We have very effective and sound quality control system in all sectors of Knit, woven and sweater. Our Vigilant supervision and on-line monitoring determine the garment quality during production. We also conduct the inline and final inspection.
We also test and maintain the colorfastness, yarn count, actual wait, shrinkage etc of the fabrics. We also provide with ECO 100 standard materials, fabrics and accessories etc.
Inspection is conducted using a statistical sampling plan based on standard ISO 2859-1 / DIN 40080 with AQL-2.5 II & AQL - 4.0 I Every precaution is taken to produce a quality product, which acquire Buyer's satisfaction.
